Products may be returned for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the original sale condition. It must also be in the original packaging. Please contact us below to initiate your return (include your order number in the message) .
We take great care ensuring your goods have been checked for damages prior to delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to check goods on arrival to ensure no breakages have occurred in transit. If however they are found to be damaged or faulty on delivery, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods and the faulty item will be replaced (with no additional shipping costs).
You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that when returning an item for exchange (except when item is faulty), you will be responsible for the additional postage cost of getting the replacement item to you.
Sweet Elm is not responsible for any merchandise damaged or lost via return post. Refunds are not provided for goods returned in a used condition, with damaged packaging, not in original packaging or broken in return mail. It is highly recommended that you send returns via Registered Post as Sweet Elm will not be held responsible for items going astray in the mail.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit minus a $5 handling fee will be applied to your original method of payment.
